ORDERING
When you place an order using our website, this is your offer to purchase the goods from us. When ordering, the details you provide should be true, accurate, up to date and complete. The credit or debit card details need to be yours and correct.
A receipt of your order will be sent by email. Once this email has been sent, your order has been accepted and the contract is formed.
We want to remind you that it is your responsibility to check all information in the email is correct. Should any information be incorrect, please notify us immediately by e-mail shop@sallylunns.co.uk. We are unable to refund the cost of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of incorrect information in your order.
PERISHABLE FOOD AND THE COOLING OFF PERIOD
Our Bunn boxes contain perishable items, therefore your right to cancel purchases within the 14 day ‘cooling-off’ period does not apply. For our other products, your 14 day ‘cooling-off’ period begins from the date of delivery.
PHOTOGRAPHIC REPRESENTATION
The images used on our website are designed to represent our products as accurately as we can. However, due to the nature of baking there may some variations in colour or size. The packaging of our products such as tea, coffee and gift items may also vary from that pictured but this will not affect the product itself.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We bake our Bunns daily and pack our deliveries with great care to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. We want you to feel delighted with your order. In the unlikely event you are not happy please get in touch with us at shop@sallylunns.co.uk. We may require photographic evidence and would ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail shop@sallylunns.co.uk. If your email is received before your order has been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you in full without charge.
If your order has already been sent it may not be possible to stop it from being delivered.
DELIVERY
Our orders are sent using Parcel Force to UK mainland addresses only. It is important for you to add a full address and post code. Please also add a mobile phone number for the delivery address should out courier need to contact you.
Our deliveries are made on Wednesdays. The recipient will receive a text message with details of the expected delivery time.
The majority of our products are perishable. Therefore, please make sure there is a note for alternative arrangements, e.g. safe place is in porch/garage/ a neighbour etc. ???
Please ensure the details of delivery addresses are correct as once you have received an email confirming dispatch, they cannot be changed.

The information we collect is solely to allow us to complete and deliver your order.
